Facilitator Lorraine O Brien Lorraine is a Spoken Word Artist and Writer. She is trained in the Healing Arts, Mindfulness and Creative Facilitation. Over the past fifteen years she has facilitated 'Poetry to Nourish the Soul ', w/shops and retreats in spiritual centres, community centres, corporate venues, even in people's living rooms and on-line. Poetry Bath with Music.     Lie back,  relax and be bathed in a       a beautifully guided poetry meditation.                    Lunch (Bring food to share) Poetry to welcome you back. 1. Poetry Cards. 2. Selecting a poem that speaks to you.     Taking that poem into your heart. 3. Option to write or take silent time. 4. Group sharing. 5.  Summary of the day. Finish. 4.30.
