Fizzy Fermenting: Hands-On Workshop is an interactive experience where you’ll learn how to craft your own naturally sparkling, probiotic-rich drinks from scratch. Discover the science behind the fizz, explore fresh ingredients, and create delicious brews you can recreate at home.
Run by Kathleen Ni Duibhidhe, Master Herbalist and Living Food Tutor at the Irish School of Herbal Medicine. Kathleen is a wildling at heart and her calling is to inspire people back into connection with their health and wellbeing through diet, herbal medicine and lifestyle changes.
At this workshop we'll hands on learn:
How to make a ginger bug and use it to make delicious healthy fizzy drinks.
How to make Kombucha and how to flavour it.
How to make Apple Cider Vinegar and how to flavour it.
