FEMININE COURAGE

Being All of Who You are in the World

“I call for you to return to the land of my soul

Where it waits to give birth in this world

Bring your inspirations, your dreams

Your new ways of being, especially those ones

I cannot even imagine.”

- A prayer to the feminine self in Feminine Courage by Meghan Don

To have courage means to live from your whole heart. In order to do this, you need to be living in, and from your whole body. For so long we human beings have been hiding, and especially that of our true feminine nature, the one who feels and intuits deeply. We reveal certain aspects of ourselves to the world, yet there is always something hidden away in the cave of the heart; a voice that is not heard, a wisdom not revealed, and ultimately, a life not fully lived.

We will enter into:

~ Guided and Silent Meditations

~ Ancient Feminine Chant

~ Sacred Movement

~ Healing Sounds

~ Your Own Wisdom

As we unfold into our hearts and bodies old fears and un-cried tears can be transformed into voices of strength; lack of confidence can come forward and be loved back into an inspired creative expression; and hearts of pain can be healed. There is nothing that cannot be loved back into life.

Come with an open heart and open body, comfortable clothing, and a journal.

When teaching in-person I like to do meditation/ceremony on the land/sacred sites.

I offer a special Eucharistic “Wedding Feast” ritual that joins the feminine/masculine energies together. Very powerful with Aramaic/Hebrew chants, calling in the Directions/Elements/Archangels. People love it. Very participatory in a sacred circle together. I usually complete the retreat with this to gather in and celebrate all the blessings given.
