Tai Chi Easy, Eight-Organ Harmony Qigong, and Six Healing Sounds.
Tai Chi Easy consists of a sequence of 5 movements, integrating the upper and lower body with a slow, meditative walk. The eight-organ harmony practices includes movements to strengthen the 5 main organ areas (lung, kidney, liver, spleen, heart) and the three main energy centers of the body. When practicing the six healing sounds, we use breath and voice to create vibrational healing energy for the body.
