Self Love & Heart Healing Retreat with Serenity Healing

When women come together in a healing circle we learn to empower each other and celebrate our strenght.  When we open our hearts to love  we exist peacefully, when the outside world is chaotic and often makes little sense to us. And at times we feel alone. Women circles are a great container for support and alot of fun. 

We have the right balance of quiet, gentle sound and crazy woman stuff.

We learn we have everything we need within us and our circle to provide, our own and one anothers', opportunities and paths. Join us for this beautiful day as we practice some gentle heart opening yoga ,sip cacao  and Simply Be.  We tether our wisdom and intent in this circle in ceremony, connection and meditation. By sharing our openness, honesty and divine energies, we create this container. The container holds space for us all to process our emotions and thoughts as safely as we can. We are imperfect yet perfectly human beings making our waves and weaving our light.

We share our golden heart space to remember the wisdom we already hold and can give to those who are deserving.

We, women, are wisdom keepers of experiences, medicines and the key to life. Our time has come to share our ancestral lineage, even the parts we attach deep guilt and shame to, for this enables us all to move through each of our rites of passage to meet our higher selves and discover what true purpose we are here to fulfil.
