Yoga transitioning to Yin helping to soothe your nervous system, release stress and clear your energetic body. Experience a Reiki-infused powerful sound bath savasana consisting of crystal bowls, Ocean Drum, Chakra Chimes and more. Allowing the healing vibrations restore balance to your mind, body and spirit promoting deep healing and inner peace.

During a Yoga Sound Bath, the yoga practice is accompanied at times by crystal bowl and chime playing. The vibrations and tones assist your movements and brain, shifting your mind into a more meditative state and allowing you to go deeper into your  practice.

You don't have to know what you are doing to particapate in a yoga class, no body is perfect, it is not about the pose. Yoga is a beautiful method to allow you to just be in the present moment it is a moving meditation allowing you to silence the mind and move energy blocks from your emotional body. Through the practice of regular yoga the goal is to be content with who you are. You are perfect exactly as you are!

The yoga portion of the class is followed by an extended sound bath.

Participants lay in a comfortable position on the floor (savasana), while Avril plays the crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes accompanied by her vocal toning. Many people have reported physical healing, and often experience a night of deep rejuvenating sleep after the sound bath.

What to bring/wear?

Please bring anything that you may need to feel comfortable lying on the floor for the savsana. Blankets, pillows, yoga mats etc. are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and please be hydrated before and after the event.
