Reiki Level 1: Weekend Workshop, Initiation & Certification with Heather Muir Oct 4-6th

The weekend workshop prepares and initiates the individual into Reiki One level energy alignment, it introduces the concept of the Energy System, the Chakra’s and the Aura/bio-energy field, we will learn the  practice of running the Reiki Energy through our hands to our own Heart, and also how to run the Reiki energy to work with and assist others through practice on each other. We will start the foundation of daily clearing and attuning and through this start the process of daily practice which can lead to greater Self-acceptance and the Peace that comes from this. During the end of the weekend Reiki One level certification will be provided to each participant, along with an information booklet on the course and its contents. The instructor will offer group and individual tuition and support through the skills teaching, meditations and soundbath.

The Reiki One Initiation opens the Crown chakra and the channel down through the Third Eye, the Throat to the Heart Chakra. It then opens the channel from the Heart Chakra to the open chakra’s in the hands, so that the healing energy can be channelled to the Self and also others.

Reiki One Opens Our Heart to ourself and all others and starts us on the path to self-healing - a return to the true nature of self.

Heather Muir has 22 years experience with meditation and as a Reiki/Sei-chem master practitioner. In the past four years Heather has studied with the Academy of Sound Healing, Gong  Master teacher Slawomir Sówka, and the Strong Institute (drum healing). Heather has taught Reiki and Meditation and is now expanding into working with sound through Sound baths and One to One sessions.

Heather Lives in Co Wicklow and has also worked for 22 years with Adults who have complex needs, where sound work has benefited individuals with autism, dementia, complex needs and Intellectual disability.
