Frid: 7pm The weekend begins with a Welcome Reflection
Sat:  9.00am Morning Meditation,
11.00am: Walk in the valley weather permitting
3.00pm - 5.00pm Time for personal Reflection.
6pm Evening ritual incorporating the Advent themes
