The markings within your iris are as unique as your finger prints and they provide a valuable insight into your health potential and your emotional patterns.
In this beginners workshop you will be gathering information on the structure & colour of your iris and put this together to compose a simple personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.
This is an interactive day involving paired work and case study discussions to help you assess the basics within your own iris. No prior experience is necessary.
An empowering day for your personal growth in beautiful Glendalough.
