Karla (Kili കിളി Ayurveda & Yug) is dedicated to the holistic approach of wellbeing. I provide ayurvedic consultations, marma therapy, herbal remedy and nutrition advice, Navakaraṇa vinyasa yoga classes, sound therapy, group trips to India twice yearly (starting 2025) and much more to help you lead a happy and healthy life. I am passionate about selfcare and believe this is the best way to achieve total harmony. I try to empower and encourage individuals to be more in tune with themselves, their body and mind through taking small manageable steps.
