Learn to establish a direct line to the subtle, silent dimensions of your inner wisdom mind through the practise of silent reflection, guided visualisations, mindful walking and meditations. The weekend is precious time spent in stillness, in nature and in reflection.

- 5 - 6pm Arrival & Check-in
- 6 - 7pm Light Evening Meal
- 7:30 - 8:30pm Welcome and Evening Meditation/Silence commences
Saturday, February 11th
- 8:30 - 9:30am Breakfast
- 10am - 12:30 Morning Meditation followed by Guided Walk (Weather Permitting)
- 1:00 - 2:00pm Lunch
- 2:00 - 5:30pm Free Time for Relaxation, Self-Study, Walks & Wellness Appointments
- 6:00 - 7:00pm Dinner
- 7pm-8pm Sound Bath Therapy (Optional)
Sunday, February 12th
- 8:30 - 9:30am Breakfast
- 10am - 11am Morning Meditation
