We will begin by settling into the airy yet cosy space, grounding our energy, arriving gently & softly landing for our day ahead. This is a day of celebration of stepping fully into the lightness of summer,onto the land, into our bodies, our minds & hearts.To open up to the light within & around you. We will explore gentle somatic movement to aliven the physical body & the senses.

Pranayama invites the Prana (life force) energy of the breath, the connection from the external to the internal environment. Visualization to connect you to your inner landscape & intentions as we shift into summer.

Immersion in the waters connecting to the clean, clear & potent messages that can be received through her intelligence.

Healthy lunch to nourish the body, mind & spirit.

A cosy fire stove in case we still need some extra warmth.

Sound meditation to facilitate moving deeper inwards, to a state of meditation, receiving of nourishment & deep rest.
