About the Event
The location of the retreat is the beautiful Glendalough Sanctuary where all guests will have their own room (unless 2 people prefer to share- contact me if so). Glendalough Sanctuary is walking distance from the beautiful valley and lakes and is the perfect location to recharge, reflect and connect with yourself. Throughout the retreat we will follow an ayurvedic clock for activities, eating and rest periods. We will provide you with everything you need to start to try and adapt ayurvedic practices into your daily life, so you will not only recharge and disconnect but bringhome some useful tools and tips to lead a healthier, more in tune, sattvic lifestyle.
