Embark on a real-world journey into the Wicklow Mountains using the most traditional principles of Yoga to collectively consider the questions: “What Is True Nature. How Do We Connect with It?” This 2.5 day workshop begins with an easy mountain walk, in silence. The seeds of these questions are planted as our focus—or mantra. Upon return we regroup, share and settle down into an hour of deep restorative Yoga Nidra (a semi-sleep practice). On Saturday and Sunday we engage with all 8 limbs of Yoga as identified below. We feel and embody these questions more fully and end our weekend with a clearer sense of purpose and relationship to our selves, each other and our natural environment. Suitable for complete beginners to yoga teachers-in-training.
